Yes, we are indeed on the same page. It's nice to know that there is someone that I can openly share my opinion with. Sometimes, I feel so lonely for conversation. I talk to lots of people, but not about anything that is terribly important. Even the hubby doesn't want to hear my views on the dying American empire. I'm not trying to "be right" about things, I just wish that we could have discussions about the immediate future of this country, and why it's so important that we don't keep falling for the oligarchs' spiels. I think that as soon as the election is over, no matter who wins, our country will hasten in its decline. And the killing will continue. I would love to be wrong.
