This article brings back so many lovely memories! My grandmother had Sunday dinners. She would feed 14 or more people from 2 huge pots on the stovetop. Tomato rice, boiled potatoes, lima beans, carrots, onions, cabbage, bits of meat or fish, lots of olive oil. Always a huge pot of caldo verde. And cornbread and wine. Your dishes look very appealing.
