The "official narrative" always favors the status quo in the end. I like to watch the Useful Idiots Monday Mourning podcast, as Aaron Maté and Katie Halper pick apart the Sunday morning news shows such as "Meet the Press". They give perfect examples of how the narrative is skewed to portray a certain point of view. I also always ask myself "cui bono," (who benefits?) when I listen to a news story. Nice piece here, Mitch.
PS. I'm not into given 50 claps, even when I like a story. I prefer to just "clap" so as not to imply that my number of claps are some sort of rating system. So, if anyone wonders, for me, one clap means "Yes!" Nice story.
