Organoid intelligence? No thanks. The article talks of using these mini brains to research disease, as I guess they are already doing; but for computation -- why? I believe in the theory that "the sum of the parts is greater than the whole",and that's why so much AI stuff is flawed. Our brains, when in our bodies, interact with our other organs, our hormones, our nervous system, etc. I don't think we can truly replicate that.
