"One thing at a time, please." My husband is an ADHD multi-tasker, and my brain prefers order. When he starts bringing too many topics into the discussion, I say, "one thing at a time, please; my brain hurts." This is one of the ways I take care fo myself. I also take multiple daily walks. Even 10 minutes of walking outdoors is helpful
