Laura, you always get my brain working! Thank you!

This is something in relation to Malcolm Gladwell. I enjoyed reading his early works on E.I. (Emotional Intelligence), but I often find some of his comments (like the one you mention about working form home) to be incongruous with his work. It takes me a long time to write anything, because I am always questioning my phrasing. I realize that my words come from my life experience, so I pause when I am writing, and consider my words from other perspectives. I am a small time, obscure writer, but Malcolm has a worldwide audience. I, too, was surprised that the article you mentioned was so out of tune with the reality of many lives. Anyhoo -- thought you might find this unrelated snippet interesting: https://www.merriam-webster.com/words-at-play/origin-of-the-phrase-tipping-point
