I was raised as a Roman Catholic, and nothing about church was comforting to me. I think the stories are all about how awful mankind is and about fear of punishment. I left organized religion behind as a teenager, as I saw to as a way to control people and to keep the church in good financial standing. I like to read your articles, as they show that you are willing to question, and I respect that. I always learn something from your articles.
