I follow a few independent journalists (Chris Hedges, Matt Taibbi, Max Blumenthal, Aaron Maté), and I avoid the mass media like the plague. I also spend as much time as possible with my dog, my small garden, the bunnies, birds, bees, and the people I love. And, as the Buddha taught, I look inside myself for answers.
