I am saddened by what goes on in the federal prison where my brother-in-law is incarcerated. We can't even send him quality food as a gift. It has to be one of those horribly overpriced, non-nutritious "care" packages. $80 for a couple of mini bags of chips, cookies, and ramen noodles.
