I am in Rhode Island, where people are ignoring the already weak mask mandate, and continue to crowd into theaters and restaurants. Most people really do live in" bubbles of privilege" and only by luck have they not suffered illness. These people tell me that they "can't tolerate being cooped up again". I just don't get it.
