His whole campaign was formed as the beginning of a movement. Dr. West supported Bernie Sanders, but was disappointed when his organization basically fell apart once the election was over. West and his VP pick, Abdullah, are continuing their work in building a movement for change: Now, more than ever, our work must intensify at the grassroots level.
