Ahh, perfect examples.

I mean, Elizabeth and her uncle Lord Mountbatten had it easy. They were surrounded by good examples to follow. What can we commoners (especially from the despised races) do to get ahead? Can we afford years of practice in psychologcial knee-bending and metaphorical arse-licking?
