Ah, you are reading my mind. I live in a small condo community, and I am the only owner-occupied unit. The other owners are reaping incredible profits from renters, and I am voted down whenever I want to make repairs to the mutually owned part of our building. They have no interest in anyone's standard of living other than their own.
